Уважаемые коллеги!

На объединенном сайте Южно-Уральского филиала ИИА УрО РАН, кафедры «Древней истории и этнологии Евразии» Южно-Уральского государственного университета и Археологического Научного Центра открывается электронная конференция по теме «Гунны как историко-культурный феномен. (Проблема происхождения)». Программа конференции предусматривает размещение материалов по следующей тематике:
1. Становление и развитие культуры европейских и азиатских гуннов.
2. Археологическая атрибуция гуннских памятников.
3. Исторические судьбы гуннов в культурогенезе средневековых народов Евразии.
Дискуссионная часть конференции планируется с 01.04.2012г. по 30.10.2012г.

Окончательный вариант статей принимается до 01.11.2012г. Публикация материалов конференции планируется 15.01.2013 года.

Оформление материалов

К публикации принимаются рукописи в электронном варианте, оформленные в соответствии с требованиями.
Названием файла является фамилия автора /для текстовых файлов - Иванов_Текст.dос; для иллюстраций - Иванов_риc1.jpeg). Название и содержание статьи не обязательно должно соответствовать тексту, присланному в сборник тезисов Круглого стола.
Объем текстов не более 24 машинописных страниц (в том числе список литературы, цветные и черно-белые иллюстрации и фото). Текстовой редактор: Microsoft Word, шрифт: Times New Roman, 12 кегль, через 1 интервал; поля: левое - 3 см, верх - 2 см, правое - 1,5 см, низ - 2 см; рисунки в формате jpeg, разрешение не менее 300 dpi. Иллюстрации, графики и диаграммы - черно-белые, без цветных или серых элементов и мелких (сплошных) заливок. Приветствуется использование цветных фотографий. Подписи к иллюстрациям и таблицам подаются отдельным текстовым файлом (Иванов _Подписи). Допускается создание таблиц и диаграмм в Excel шрифтом Times New Roman 10 кеглем (формат А4).
Не следует: производить табуляцию;
выделять слова разрядкой (между словами, знаками должен быть только один пробел);
разделять абзацы пустой строкой;
пользоваться командами, выполняющимися в автоматическом режиме (вставка сносок на литературу, гиперссылок и примечаний, маркировка и нумерация абзацев и пр.);
использовать макросы, сохранять текст в виде шаблона и с установкой «только для чтения»;
форматировать текст и делать принудительные переносы.
Указанные единицы должны соответствовать Системе измерения.
Ссылки в тексте на рисунки, фотографии, таблицы и публикации в круглых скобках: (рис. 1, 3; 2, 1), (табл. 1) (Иванов И.И., 2010,с. 47, рис.1, 1). Ссылаясь на работу нескольких авторов, следует перечислить всех.
В конце статьи - список литературы в алфавитном порядке и резюме. Резюме предоставляется на английском языке, объем 40-50 слов, ниже отдельной строкой – ключевые слова. Авторы из зарубежных научных центров присылают резюме на русском языке.
Резюме включает фамилию и инициалы Автора, Название статьи, Текст.
Просим авторов сопроводить статью списком принятых сокращений.

Материалы необходимо сопроводить отдельным файлом (напр.: Иванов_Сведения), содержащим сведения об авторе и контактную информацию:
1. Фамилию, имя, отчество
2. Страну, город
3. Место работы и занимаемую должность
4. Ученую степень, ученое звание
5. E-mail

Dear colleagues,
The joint web site of the South Ural Branch of the Institute of History and Archaeology, the Chair of Ancient History and Ethnology of Eurasia of South Ural State University and the Archaeological Scientific Center welcomes you to take part in the newly-opened online conference devoted to the topic “Huns as the historical and cultural phenomenon, the issue of origin”. The program of the conference implies posting scientific works on the following subjects:
1) The formation and development of European and Asian Huns’ culture.
2) The archaeological assignment of the Hun monuments.
3) The Huns’ historical line in the cultural genesis of the Middle Age people of Eurasia.
The conference will contain its discussion period that will last from Arpil 1st, 2012 until October 30th, 2012.

We will be accepting the final editions of your articles and reports until November 1st , 2012. The materials of the conference will be published on the 15th of January 2013.



We will publish all works in the electronic format which will be laid out in accordance with the requirements.

The author’s name must be the name of the file /for documents - Ivanov_text.dос; for pictures - Ivanov_fig1.jpeg). The name and the contents of the article do not have to necessarily correspond to the text sent for the collection of scientific thesis of the panel discussion.
The document has to be no more than 24 print pages in size, including the list of reference, color and monochrome pictures and photos. The word processor: Microsoft Word, font type: Times New Roman, 12 point, 1 point interval; offset: left - 3 cm, top - 2 cm, right - 1,5 см, bottom - 2 cm; all pictures in the .jpeg format, resolution at least 300 dpi. Figures, charts and diagrams must be black and white, without any color or gray elements, and small pattern (solid) filling. Using color photos is welcomed. All illustration and chart labels must be presented in a separate text file (Ivanov_labels). Also, it is acceptable to use the MS Excel charts and diagrams using the 10 point Times New Roman font (size А4).
You must not: use tabbing;
mark words with multiple empty space characters (there must be only one white space between words and characters);
separate paragraphs using empty lines;
use commands performed automatically (inserting literature reference links, hyperlinks and annotations, marking and numbering paragraphs etc.);
using scripts, saving text as a template or as a read-only file;
formatting the text and using default word wrapping and line breaks.
All the units of measurement must correspond to the common measurement system.
All references to pictures, photos, charts, tables and publications in the text must be in the parenthesis: (Fig. 1, 3; 2, 1), (Table 1) (Ivanov I.I., 2010, p. 47, Fig.1, 1). When referring to a work by several authors it is necessary to list them all.
At the end of the article there must be the list of reference in alphabetical order and a resume. The resume should be written in English and contain 40-50 words, listing all the key words in a separate line at the bottom. The authors from foreign scientific centers should present their resumes in Russian.
Each resume has to include the authors last name and initials, the title of the article and the text.
Also please include the list of abbreviations used in your article.

All the materials must have a separate file attached (for example: Ivanov_data), which would contain information about the author and his contacts:
